<p>W/Partner Run 3 miles/4800m</p><p>One partner will be running while the other is Doing MAX <strong>Push-ups</strong> during the first mile MAX <strong>Air Squats</strong> during the second mile MAX <strong>Pull-ups</strong> in the 3rd.</p><p>You may switch at any time. You may run 200s/400s/800s.</p><p>*The score is total time in min all reps completed will be subtracted in seconds from the total time Ex. me and my partner ran 18:05 3 miles and did 150 pushups, 200 air squats, 50 pullups so my score is 11:25</p>
