10 Push Ups

Skill Work

5×2 Turkish Get-ups (2 on each Side)

rest 1 min between rounds

With a Partner Complete:

8 Box Jump Overs

8 KB Swings 70/53

***This is I go – You go, meaning partner 1 completes a full round while partner 2 rests. After the round is completed, then switch – partner 2 completes a round while partner 1 rests. Work like this until ALL 10 rounds are complete (5 each).
