then
4 Rounds
5 empty bar Thrusters
4 T2B
3 Burpees
then
Samson Stretch w/arms overhead stretching the Lats
Push Press (10 EOMOM 5/4/3/2/1 Push Press)
Every 2 min for 10 min 5/4/3/2/1 Push Press
start light around 60% and build each set to 95-100% PRs coming next week
then
Split Jerk (8 EOMOM 3/2/1/1 Split Jerk same build up as PP)
