5 Rounds
5 Strict Press with DB’s and 1 sec pause
8 Goblet Squats
20 sec Hollow Hold
then
Pigeon Pose
Handstand Push-ups (Max reps)
Find MAX Set of HSPU
Strict then Kipping. (take few min between both)
(test yourself on both quality and speed)
Pistols (Max reps)
Spend 5 min min warm up up and practicing Pistols
then
in 1 min MAX Pistols
(test yourself on both quality and speed)
