Warm-up
5 min backward sled drag,
then
3 rounds
10 single leg glute bridges 10 on each leg
5 Strict TTB
5 Deep Lunges 5 on each leg
Pause Back Squat (Weight)
Every 3 min for 15 min
5 Pause Back Squats 10 lb heavier than last week
put plates under heels if needed
Metcon (Time)
For time
30 Power Cleans 135/95
20 Thrusters
10 Burpee Pullups
7 min CAP
Should be around 5m if scaled apropriately

Banded leg stretched if time allows

Mobility
Time Permitting
Roll your Lats, Glutes and Quads
