20 Walking Lunges with Torso Twist

10 Push-ups

30 Sec Hollow Hold

Bench Press (Find 1RM )
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

12 AMRAP

20 KB Snatch 53/35 (switch arms whenever)

10 Strict HSPU (one ABMAT allowed for scale) or DB STRICT PRESS (STANDING)

5 Strict Pull-ups (Use Band IF Needed)

(DO NOT KEEP ADDING BANDS IF IT GETS HARD)
